Dave Bowen

Founding Partner
Dave started his career in Media Sales/Consulting in 1989. Today, he has a lot more experience (and a lot less hair). For the first 16 years, Dave developed strategies on behalf of large media companies including Clear Channel (now iHeart Media) and Spectrum Cable to create and implement thousands of advertising campaigns on behalf of these companies in two separate Top 10 markets.

Since founding Effective Media Solutions 10 years ago, Dave's focus has been on strategic branding, message & offer consistency, digital marketing, creative production and traditional media buying for the HVAC industry.

Will Merritt

Founding Partner
Will started in the HVAC business in 1996 as a trainee at Ferguson Enterprises in Charlotte. He learned the basics of the industry and moved to outside sales, where he heped contractors grow their businesses. After 17 years on the manufacturer / distribution side of the business, Will moved to the contractor side. This is where he found his passion for marketing Heating & Air Conditioning businesses.

Will has a passion for marketing HVAC companies and became a partner of Effective Media in 2014 to assist in driving the digital side of the business. His unique insight of the HVAC industry is key to growing clients' digital and social presence. This works in harmony with the traditional branding side of marketing to create a potent combination to help HVAC companies dominate their markets.

Lynne Dallin

Senior Account Manager
Lynne is proud to be GenX and brings over 28 years of experience in both Digital and Traditional Marketing. She’s all about creative, cost-effective campaigns and lives by the motto: “Find A Solution!”—because where there’s a challenge, there’s always a way forward. She knows that Marketing magic happens through teamwork, strategy, and keeping a sharp eye on every campaign. Regular meetings with clients are key…she’s always wanting to talk with someone!

When she’s not crafting winning strategies, you’ll find her unwinding on a yoga mat or soaking up the serenity of the mountains. At home, Lynne’s world is filled with quality family time and a small (but growing!) menagerie including 1 dog, 2 cats, and 6 chickens—though let’s be honest, that number is bound to increase (eggs, anyone?!).

Jennifer Hall

Account Manager
Jennifer thrives at Effective Media Solutions, where she turns client goals into enduring success. With a competitive drive and a genuine love for building connections, she keeps both clients and projects on the fast track to success.

Outside of work, she’s likely enjoying a happy hour, discovering new destinations, or hanging out with family, friends, and her beloved cats. A true food enthusiast, Jennifer believes that the best moments in life happen around a delicious meal, where good food and great company come together effortlessly.
