Consumer reviews are so important today, your heating and air company’s reputation is of the utmost importance.  Simple email reminders asking for a review to customers you have served recently served works great!  Strike while the iron is hot! You are a hero to the customer that your just repaired their air conditioning on a 95 degree day, ask them to share their story online.

This is a great way to stay top of mind with your current customer base. Seasonal newsletters keep your base informed about maintenance reminders, new products and services, company events or happenings, and personal touches such as recipes or community involvement.  These can really help your HVAC company strengthen the bond between you and your customer.
