Dave started his career in Media Sales/Consulting in 1989. Today, he has a lot more experience (and a lot less hair). For the first 16 years, Dave developed strategies on behalf of large media companies, including Clear Channel (now iHeart Media) and Spectrum Cable, to create and implement 1000’s of advertising campaigns on behalf of these companies in two separate top ten markets.

Will started in the HVAC business in 1996 as a trainee at Ferguson Enterprises in Charlotte. He learned the basics of the industry and moved to outside sales, where he helped contractors grow their business. After 17 years on the manufacturer/distribution side of the business, Will moved to the contractor side. This is where he found his passion for marketing Heating & Air Conditioning businesses.

Will has a passion for marketing HVAC companies. Will became a partner of Effective Media in 2014 to assist in driving the digital side of the business. His unique insight of the hvac industry is key to growing their clients digital and social presence.
